Due to the nature of food products:
i) Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
ii) Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:
a) The product is damaged upon delivery,
b) An incorrect item has been delivered.

To request a refund or replacement:
i) Notify us within 24 hours of delivery,
ii) Provide order details and photo proof,
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
