All Nutrible products are:
i) Developed in accordance with applicable UAE food safety regulations.
ii) Registered and approved with relevant local authorities, including Dubai Municipality.
iii) Manufactured in facilities that follow strict hygiene and quality control standards.

Our products have undergone laboratory testing to ensure:
i) Compliance with food safety standards,
ii) Accuracy of nutritional information (within permissible limits),
iii) Suitability for human consumption.

We ensure that:
i) All ingredients used are permitted under UAE regulations.
ii) Product labeling complies with UAE requirements, including ingredient disclosure and nutritional information.
iii) No unauthorized or harmful additives are used.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in AED and exclude applicable VAT (unless stated otherwise). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders

i) Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
ii) Nutrible reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues

5. Delivery

i) Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics partners.
ii) Nutrible shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products:
i) Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
ii) Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:
a) The product is damaged upon delivery,
b) An incorrect item has been delivered.

To request a refund or replacement:
i) Notify us within 24 hours of delivery,
ii) Provide order details and photo proof,
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Usage

All products are intended for personal consumption only and not for resale unless explicitly agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nutrible shall not be liable for:
i) Any allergic reactions resulting from product consumption (customers must review ingredient lists carefully),
ii) Improper storage or misuse of products after delivery.

9. Privacy

Customer data is collected solely for order processing, delivery, and customer support. We do not sell or misuse personal information.

10. Governing Law
